Mildred Schrade, 78, Jamestown, ND, died Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at Jamestown Hospital, Jamestown, ND.
Mildred Mary Nogosek was born November 20, 1928 in Kensal, ND, the daughter of Louis and Theresa (Neva) Nogosek. She was raised and attended school in Kensal, graduating from Kensal High School in 1946. After graduating, she attended Valley City State Teacher's College and then taught at the Nogosek Township School for 1 year. She later worked at the First National Bank in Jamestown, ND. On January 29, 1952, she married Robert Schrade at St. John's Catholic Church in Kensal, ND and they farmed south of Kensal until 1979 when they moved to Jamestown, ND.
Mildred was a member of the Basilica Of St. James. She enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Survivors include her husband, Robert, Jamestown, ND; 3 sons: Steve Schrade, Toronto, Canada; John Schrade, Jamestown, ND and Donald Schrade, Jamestown, ND; 2 grandchildren; 5 siblings: Leland (Connie) Nogosek, St. Louis, MO; Irene Pitra, Kensal, ND; Harriet (Kenneth) DeVillers, Kensal, ND; Lorraine Wright, Jamestown, ND and Marcia (Dennis) Krueger, Jamestown, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Laverne and an infant sister, Phyllis.
Funeral - 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2007 at The Basilica Of St. James, Jamestown, ND.
Prayer - 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2007 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND
Visitation - noon to 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2007 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
Interment - Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, ND
