Olga Stolz - Patzer, 96, Jamestown, N.D. died Thursday, November 14, 2002 at Golden Acres Manor Nursing Home in Carrington, N.D.
Olga Zinck was born August 8, 1906 in the Medina area of Stutsman County, N.D., the daughter of Edward and Marie (Elgner) Zinck. She was raised and attended school in rural Medina area.
On December 23, 1923 Olga was united in marriage to Otto Stolz. They farmed in the Medina area and later moved to the Jamestown area where they continued to farm. Otto Stolz died March 5, 1945. After approximately three years Olga moved into Jamestown and worked at the Jametown Hospital and the North Dakota State Hospital. On May 7, 1965 she married Henry Patzer and lived in Kulm, N.D. Shortly after Henry Patzer's death she moved back to Jamestown and retired. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Jamestown, N.D.
Olga is survived by two sons, Lawrence (Viola) Stolz, Sykeston, N.D. and Mineard (Nancy) Stolz of Milton-Freewater, OR; one daughter MariAnn Rhodes of Aurora, IL; ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two sisters, Emilie King, Hayward, CA; and Elfreda Norris, Woodland Hills, CA. Olga was preceded in death by her two husbands, one daughter, one sone, her parents, four sisters, and one brother.
Funeral Service: 10:30 A.M. - Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at Seventh Day Adventist Church - Jamestown, N.D., with Pastor David Stuart and Pastor Daniel Rebsomen officiating
