Parnell ""Perry"" Job, 53, Hawley, Minnesota, formerly of Jamestown, North Dakota died Monday, December 15, 2003 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Perry Job was born December 20, 1949 in Jamestown the son of Rueben and Virginia (Bitz) Job. Perry grew up in Jamestown and attended school at Jamestown High School graduating in 1967. Perry grew up helping his dad at the Texaco station. He began working for the Railroad in 1971 and worked 28 years before retiring in 1999. He married Cleo Anderson on October 11, 1994 in Britton, South Dakota.

Perry enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time at Lee Lake Campground with his wife and many friends. Perry dearly loved fishing with his kids and grandchildren. He also enjoyed doing things with his nieces and nephews. He was always ready to help his kids with whatever they needed. Perry was a big planner and followed through with them. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and New York Yankee fan. Perry had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed teasing people which showed his love for them. He had a very magnetic personality. Perry was a member of B.M.W.E.

Perry is survived by his wife, Cleo Job, Hawley, MN; his mother, Virginia Job, Jamestown; three sons, Christopher Anderson, Cavalier, ND, Perrin (Cheri) Job, Jamestown and Patrick Job, Jamestown; two daughters, Nicole Schmidt, Washburn, ND and Nita (Jay) Sherwin, Jamestown, three grandchildren, one brother, Palmer (Diane) Job, Jamestown; one sister, Patti (Nick) Wagner, Mercer, ND and six nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Friday, December 19, 2003 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown with Rev. Bryce Tahran officiating.

Visitation: 4:00 to 9:00 PM, Thursday, December 18, 2003 at Eddy Funeral Home.

Burial: Hawley Cemetery, Hawley, Minnesota.
