Ralph Wesley Strand

Ralph Wesley Strand, 86, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Eventide, Jamestown.

Mr. Strand was born February 20, 1934 in Jamestown, the son of Oliver and Eunice (Beach) Strand. HE grew up and farmed south of Cleveland, ND. Wes then worked for Progress and Experience Works until retiring in 2013. He enjoyed working with the maintenance staff and others at the Stutsman County Correctional Center. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Wes is survived by one sister, Clarice (Conrad) Giesler, Boise, ID, along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Marvin, Howard, Delbert, and Grant; two sisters, Bernice Johnson and Lila (Beth) Martin; and special friend, Doris Rohde.

Private Graveside Service: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown.
