Regina Prodzinski, 98, San Francisco, CA, died Thursday, November 2, 2006 in San Francisco, CA.
Regina Bashinski was born February 28, 1908 in Wisconsin, the daughter of Roman and Helen (Lordeck) Bashinski. She was raised and attended school in the Pingree, ND area and graduated from Pingree High School. She attended and graduated from the State Teachers College at Stevens Point, WI and taught school in North Dakota after her graduation. On July 3, 1934, she married Stanley Prodzinski at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Pingree, ND and they settled in Buchanan, ND where Stanley and his brother, Ted operated Prodzinski Hardware and later had an implement business. In 1939, they moved to Portland, OR, and in 1951, they returned to North Dakota and settled on the family farm in Ashland Township. They retired from farming in 1968 and moved to Buchanan, ND. Stanley died in 1969. Regina moved to San Francisco, CA a short time later, where she has lived until the present.
Regina was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Fried, ND and served as president of the Altar Society for 7 consecutive years.
She is survived by a sister, Frances McNamara, San Francisco, CA; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 sisters.
A funeral was held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at
St. Stephen's Catholic Church, San Francisco, CA.

Interment - 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Fried, ND.
