Rhonda Sorensen, 54, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Tuesday morning, November 3, 2020 at her home in Jamestown.
Rhonda was born September 5, 1966, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Gloria (Kloss) Whitecotton. She graduated from Sharon High School and attended Penn State. Rhonda moved to Jamestown where she met Steen Sorensen. They were united in marriage on February 14, 1995 at Orum, Denmark. They lived in Denmark where her two boys were born, Michael and Christopher. The family returned to Jamestown where Rhonda worked as a claim specialist at Noridian for 20 years. She loved to attended concerts and being in the company of friends.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Steen Sorensen; sons, Michael Sorensen and Christopher Sorensen; brother, William G. Whitecotton; aunt, Janet Anthony; cousins, Eric Staul, Tim Staul, Chad Staul, Vickie Conrad, Brenda Peterson, Brad Kloss, and Shawn Kloss.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Service – 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 6, 2020 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Jamestown.
