Robert Elstad, 70, Jamestown, North Dakota died Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, North Dakota.

Robert Elstad was born October 30, 1938 in Jamestown, North Dakota to Clarence, Sr. and Sarah-Mae (Fairley) Elstad. He grew up and attended school thru the eighth grade in Jamestown. Bob held various positions including driving truck and different construction jobs over the years. He married Donna Perry on November 28, 1992 in Jamestown. Bob was a member of the Eagles Club and Buffalo City Airplane Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and collecting trains.

Bob is survived by his wife, Donna, Jamestown, ND; two sons, James (Carla) Elstad, Jamestown, ND, Aizaak Alezander, Hollywood, FL; two daughters, Robin (Kerry) Jordan, Lake Park, MN, Rhonda Efta, Wahpeton, ND; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (Robert) Jeske, Evansville, Ind., Carol (Jerry) Tyson, Aransas Pass, TX; three brothers, Duane (Katie) Elstad, Oswego, IL, Clarence Elstad, Jr., Mukilteo, WA, Craig (Nancy) Elstad, Keller, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Richard Reynolds officiating.

Visitation: 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 30 at Eddy Funeral Chapel.
