Robert D Nelson

Robert D. Nelson, 74, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Wednesday evening, November 11, 2020 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown.

Robert Nelson was born November 15, 1945, the son of Marvin and Joyce (Perlenfein) Nelson. He graduated from high school and attended college, working in the area for many years. Bob loved hunting and fishing.

Bob is survived by his son, Troy Nelson (Michelle), Jamestown; daughter, B.J. Nelson (Waco Traxel), Bismarck, ND; sisters, Lori Schmaltz, Anamoose, ND and Tammy Chapin (Mark), Jamestown; 8 nieces and nephews; 4 great- nieces and nephews; and 1 great-grandniece.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Laurel Nelson; brother, Jerry Nelson; and brother-in-law, Doug Schmaltz.
