Ronald Klosterman, 56, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, ND, due to complications of COPD.
Ronald was born September 27, 1954 in Jamestown, ND, the son of Fredrick and Dolores (Dinow) Klosterman. He grew up in the Twin Cities where he graduated from Henry Sibley Senior High School. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Minnesota Twins, the Vikings, and baseball. He enjoyed rock and roll music and spending time with his friends and family. He loved spending time outside, especially in the summertime. Sunny days would often find him boating, biking, or enjoying the parks. He had a variety of careers during his life, many involved working in the service industry.
Ronald is survived by his children, Krystle Klosterman, Burnsville, MN, Amber Klosterman, Coon Rapids, MN, Kayla Klosterman, Jamestown, Shelby Ferreira (Boyer), Jamestown, two grandchildren Devin and Levi Sanders, Bursnville, MN, special friend Connie Gause (Hauser), Jamestown, and by his siblings, Sharon Schweitzer, Washington, Eugene Klosterman, South Carolina, and Margery Plaggemeyer, South Dakota.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Gerald \""Jerry\"" Klosterman.
Memorial service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND with Deacon Tom Geffre officiating.
