Sharon Falk

Sharon Falk, 73, of Jamestown, ND, passed away at her home Friday afternoon, May 19, 2017 at her home.

Sharon Marie Falk was born February 10, 1944, the daughter of John “Jesse” and Ann (Neys) Falk. She attended Courtenay Public School and graduated in 1962. Sharon graduated from VCSU with her teaching certificate. She taught at various schools, including Michigan, Linton, LaMoure, and the Hutterite Colony near Leola, SD where she resided until 2007 when she moved to Jamestown. Sharon recently moved to the Heritage Centre. She loved to read and loved cats.

Sharon is survived by sister, Shirley McMillan, Wimbledon, ND; two nephews, Terry (Betty) and Jeff (Ruleen), all of Wimbledon; four nieces, Dianne McMillan, Gilbert, AZ, Cheryl Okerlund, Mexico, Carol (Jim) Kaiser, and Marcie (Steve) Maier, all of Jamestown; and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gordon; brother-in-law, Howard; sister-in-law, Blanche; nephew, Scott; and nephew-in-law, Randy.

Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Good Shepherd Chapel, Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, ND with Monsignor Jeffrey Wald officiating.

Rosary: 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2017 with a prayer service to follow at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown.
