Sharon Hanson

Sharon L. Hanson, 70, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Saturday morning, March 18, 2017 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Sharon was born February 12, 1947, in Aberdeen, WA, the daughter of John Henry and Dorothy (Laflin) Weber. She moved to Colorado and was married to Carl Norris Hanson. To this union were five children: William, Carl Jeremiah, Sarah, Noah, and Becky. Sharon was a fabulous cook and raised poodles for many decades. During her final days, Sharon was a resident of Manor St. Joseph in Edgeley, ND where she had many friends. Sharon is survived by her children, William, Sarah, Noah, and Becky; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy Weber; husband, Carl Norris Hanson; and grandchild, Joshua.

Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at St. Petri Cemetery, Nome, ND.
