Sheila Ringuette, 48, Ypsilanti, North Dakota died Friday, May 6, 2011, at her daughter's home in Ypsilanti, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Sheila Harriman was born June 17, 1962 in Jamestown, the daughter of Donley and Esther (Binder) Harriman. She attended schools in Tappen, Woodworth and Jamestown, North Dakota and Washington state. Sheila married Bill Ringuette and they had one daughter, Nicole and one son, Corey. She worked various jobs and the last 16 years she managed the Budget Lodge in Jamestown.
Sheila enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino and visiting with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family.
Sheila is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Darren) Hieb, Ypsilanti; son, Corey (Megan) Ringuette, Jamestown; granddaughter, Raenna Hieb; grandson, Brady Hieb; step-granddaughter, Mellisa Anderson, Jamestown; five sisters, Linda Kapp, Tappen, ND, Susan Guthmiller, Montpelier, ND, Donna (Sherrill) Diede, Reno, NV, Sandy Capps and Sherry (Andy) Stanton, both of Jamestown; four brothers, Leland (Gail) Patzner and Elroy (Elaine) Patzner, both of Jamestown, Tim (Melody) Harriman, Tappen, ND and Troy (Katie) Naastus, San Diego, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donley Harriman; mother and step-father, Esther and Ray Aljoe; grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.
