Stanley William Buetow

Stanley William Buetow, 80, of Jamestown, North Dakota died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Home, Jamestown.

Stanley was born January 14, 1925 in Jamestown the son of Adolph and Lydia (Ludwig) Buetow. He received his early education in the Homer Township School, Stutsman County, ND. Stan was a painter for Skeel's Painting & Decorating for more than 30 years.

Stan was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Jamestown. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and coin collecting.

Stan is survived by two sisters, Iris Benson and Verlyn (Burton) Benson, both of Jamestown and one brother, Maylen (Joyce) Buetow, Rapid City, SD and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Glenn.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 10, 2005 at St. John's Lutheran Church with Rev. Doug Opp officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at the Eddy Funeral Home.

Burial: Eldridge Cemetery, Eldridge, North Dakota.
