Steven Paul Clark

Steven Paul Clark, 47, Hopedale, IL, formerly of the Jamestown and Woodworth area died Wednesday, September 17, 2003 in a work related accident in Crawsfordville, IN. Steven was born July 16, 1956 in Jamestown, the son of Alvin and Helen (Stoering) Clark. He grew up and attended Woodworth High School and attended one year of mechanics training at the State School of Science in Wahpeton. Following graduation he worked in Colorado. He married Sarah Bohl in Woodworth on March 29, 1981. He then lived in Woodworth and farmed with his father. Later, Steve moved to Jamestown and was employed by the Peavey Elevators. He also lived and worked in the Bismarck area and in Fargo. Recently he moved and worked for a construction firm in Illinois as a site foreman.

He was a member of Ducks Unlimited and the Elks.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Viking football games.

Steve is survived by a son, Seth Clark of Elk Grove, CA, one brother, William (Linda) Clark, Woodworth, ND and two sisters, Carolyn (George) Janssen, Eureka, CA and Mary Ellen Enger, Madison, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 21, 2003 at the American Lutheran Church in Woodworth, North Dakota with Deaconess Candyce Wick officiating.

Visitation: One hour before the funeral service at the church.

Burial: Gem Cemetery, Woodworth, North Dakota.
