Sylvia Subart

Sylvia Subart, 88, Bismarck, North Dakota, formerly of Robinson, died Sunday, January 20, 2008 at St. Vincent's Care Center, Bismarck, North Dakota surrounded by her family. Sylvia Helen Felch was born March 30, 1919, to Herbert and Emma (Richardson) Felch in the Tuttle, North Dakota area. She was raised and received her education near Tuttle. Sylvia married Hubert Subart on March 18, 1944. They lived on a farm near Robinson. Hubert passed away on November 15, 1976. Sylvia remained on the farm until 1980 when she moved into Robinson. She moved to the Baptist Home in Bismarck in February, 2003. In May of that same year she moved to St. Vincent's Care Center where she resided until her death. When she was younger Sylvia enjoyed gardening, bowling, quilting, traveling and watching her boys participate in sports. She is survived by two sons, Owen (Alice) Subart, Bismarck, ND and Arlo, Robinson, ND; five grandchildren, Ryan (Julie) Subart, Lonna (Troy) Woodworth, Kaylene (Tim) Schoenhard, Karla (Brad) Hinz, Kraig Subart and four great-grandchildren, Kenadee, Bailey, Dillan and Courteney. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 24, 2008 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Robinson, ND with Pastor Valorie Kinlan, officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, January 23 at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown, ND.

Burial: Bethany Lutheran Cemetery, Robinson, ND.
