Thomas Collis

Thomas W. Collis, Sr., 64, passed away Friday morning February 14th at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, ND.  Tom was born October 22, 1960 to George and Doris (LaJoie) Collis in Baldwin, WI.  He graduated from Baldwin Woodville High School.  After graduation he enlisted in the US Air Force where he served for 13 years.  After discharge, Tom worked as a truck driver for more than 30 years, earning many safety awards.

He enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, and tinkering with machinery.

He is survived by his wife, Brittanie Collis; mother, Doris (LaJoie) Collis; his two sons, Thomas Jr. and Joshua, his grandchildren Harleigh, Peighton, Londynn, Solomon, and Hannah; his siblings Michael, Vickie, John, and Linda.

He is preceded in death by his father, George J. Collis, his brother, Steven, his nephews Shaun and Marshall.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, February 21, 2025 at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Bryce Tahran officiating.  Visitation will be one hour before the service.  Interment will be at 2:00 PM, Friday in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan, ND.
