Thomas L. Fredrickson

Thomas L. Fredrickson, 50, rural Pingree, North Dakota, died Friday, February 20, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family under hospice care.

Thomas L. Fredrickson was born May 8, 1958 in Carrington, ND, the son of Dorwin and Mary (Dunwoody) Fredrickson. He graduated from Pingree High School and attended NDSU. Tom married Susan Werner on July 24, 1982 in Devils Lake, ND. He farmed in the Pingree and Edmunds, ND area all his life. Tom started Fredrickson Taxidermy Service, which was one of his hobbies, along with scuba diving, hunting, and fishing. He loved being on his house boat and had a passion for helping others and being with his family and friends.

Tom is survived by his wife, Susan, Pingree, ND; daughter & son-in-law, Sheena (Dustin) Neys, Jamestown; son, Brock (special friend, Kassie Lura) Fredrickson, Pingree, ND; daughter, Cally Fredrickson, Pingree; one granddaughter, Jaelyn Neys, Jamestown; parents, Dorwin & Mary Fredrickson, Carrington, ND; two sisters, Karen (Bill) Smith, Sheyenne, ND and Kathy Fredrickson, Phoenix, AZ.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Mark.

Memorial Mass: 10:00AM, Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND with Father Al Bitz officiating.

Family will be receiving friends from 3:00PM - 6:00PM at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Vigil: 6:30PM, Monday, February 23, 2009 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown.
