Timothy Albrecht, 52, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Monday, January 1, 2007 at his home in Jamestown.
Mr. Albrecht was born April 28, 1954 in Cando, ND, the son of Helmut and Florence (Gutschmidt) Albrecht. He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1972, attended Jamestown College for two years and graduated, with honors, from the University of Montana in Missoula, MT. Tim married Sue Cloonan in April 1975. They made their home in Missoula where he worked for 14 years as a firefighter and was a member of the Hot Shot Firefighting Team. Tim returned to Jamestown and on July 20, 1991 he married Jennine Donegan. He worked for nine years at Jamestown Interstate Engineering, then as a surveyor for the BMP team and as an inspector for the Department of Transportation.
Tim is survived by his wife, Jennine, Jamestown; a daughter, Meredith Albrecht, Phoenix, AZ; his parents, Helmut and JoAnn Albrecht, Jamestown; two step-sisters, Kathleen McClintock, Minneapolis, MN and Barbara McClintock, Windham, CT; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob & Audrey Donegan, Jamestown; a brother-in-law, Kelly (Becky) Donegan, Jamestown; two nephews, Larson Difiori, Providence, RI and Ryan Donegan, Detroit Lakes, MN and three nieces, Angie Donegan, Alyson Donegan, Lyndsay Donegan, all of Jamestown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence; his grandparents and a sister, Debra Albrecht.
Memorial Service: 10:30 AM, Friday, January 5, 2007 at the Eddy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. JoAnn Moeller officiating.
No visitation is scheduled.
