Viola Lillian Holter, 96, Jamestown, North Dakota died Sunday, February 20, 2005 at Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Home in Jamestown.
Viola was born May 3, 1908 in Lidgerwood, ND the daughter of Peter and Elizabeth (Jackson) DeCausmeaker. She married Ted Holter on August 18, 1930 in Moorhead, MN. They were residents of Jamestown and business owners of Holter Dry Cleaners for over sixty years. Ted died in 1987.
Viola was a lifetime member of the D.O.E.S. and the First Methodist Church of Jamestown.
Viola is survied by two daughters, DeLina (Robert) Billings and Sharon Hartley, both of Wichita, KS, five grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Betty Welander and granddaughter, Jena Claire Hartley.
