Vivian R Comeau

Vivian R. Comeau, 83, Jamestown, ND passed away on Thursday, April 27 at home peacefully surrounded by her family.

Vivian Harr was born February 8, 1934 in Woodworth, ND to Samuel and Bertha Harr. She graduated from Buchanan High School and moved to San Francisco where she worked for Bell Telephone Co. After returning to Jamestown she started working at Lil’s Restaurant and worked there for 30 years.

She enjoyed being with her family, pets, grilling, cooking and baking. Vivian loved being with in her garden and planting flowers. Viv loved visiting with her customers and always had a smile on her face.

Vivian is survived by a son Anthony (Teresa) Freitas, Jamestown, ND; daughter Germaine Comeau, Jamestown, ND; grandchild Michael Freitas; two sisters Mary Morford, Chattanooga, TN, Lillian (Richard) Dixon, Jamestown, ND; one sister-in-law, Cleo Harr and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Vernon and James Harr.

Memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 18 at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Jamestown, ND.
