Vivian Irene Jensvold, 92, Jamestown, North Dakota, died November 29, 2009 at Jamestown Hospital.
Vivian Flaig was born August 20, 1917 near Alfred, ND, the daughter of Daniel and Martha (Mueller) Flaig. She attended area schools and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1935. Vivian married Miles Jensvold in Cooperstown, ND. They returned to Jamestown after Miles' tour in the US Army Air Corps. Miles died June 14, 1998.
Vivian enjoyed sewing, cake decorating and bird watching. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Jamestown.
She is survived by three daughters, Darnelle (Stanley) Dunn, Joan Trujillo, and Claudette Jensvold; one brother, Elmer (Frances) Flaig; one step granddaughter; two great-grandsons and a special friend, Aaron Elstad.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant daughter; two sisters, Gladys Cool and Myrtle Poseley and one brother, Dale Flaig.
