Esther Kramlich

Esther Kramlich, 79, Jamestown, ND died Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at her home in Jamestown.

Esther Klundt was born August 18, 1925 in Medina, ND, the daughter of Herman and Christina (Heupel) Klundt. She grew up and attended county school northwest of Medina. She married Ewald Kramlich on October 16, 1948 in Medina, and they farmed south of Medina for many years. They built a new home and moved into the city of Medina. In 1979 they operated Kramlich True Value in Medina. She worked at Central Dakota Nursing Home in Jamestown. In 1990 she moved to Montana and returned to Jamestown in 1995.

Esther enjoyed gardening, playing cards, canning, and her family.

Esther is survived by her daughter, Sarah Jean Kramlich Koper, of St. Paul, MN, two sons, Dennis Dean Kramlich and Joseph Ewald Kramlich, both of Medina; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Norman (Pat) Klundt, of Battle Creek, MI; Walter (Mary) Klundt, of Jamestown; three sisters, LeNora (Norman) Graf, of Bismarck, ND; Arlene (Dick) Rohrback, of Bismarck, ND; and Virginia (LeRoy) Struxness, of Woodworth, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and four brothers.

Funeral Service: 1:30 PM, Friday, August 27, 2004 at Zion United Church of Christ with Rev. Raymond Rueb officiating.

Visitation: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, August 26, 2004 at the Eddy Funeral Home.

Prayer Service: 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 26, 2004 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Medina Cemetery, Medina, North Dakota.
