Norbert S. Laber

Norbert Steve Laber, 90, of Enderlin, ND died September 13, 2014 at Maryhill Manor in Enderlin, ND

Norbert was born April 16, 1924 in Parkston, SD the son of Mathias and Karolina (Heirigs) Laber. He lived and helped area farmers in Enderlin after his retirement from the Enderlin Farmers Elevator in 1989. He married Lois Richter February 2, 1953 in Souix City, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Lois, and six children, Tim Laber, Sarasota, Fl, Ken (Deb) Laber, Fargo, ND, Rick Laber, Enderlin, ND, Steve (Bonnie) Laber, Jamestown, ND, Brock (Sara) Laber, Omaha, NE. and Kari (Brad) Huntington, Janesville, WI. Six Grandchildren, Jake, Kasey, Anthony (Brittany), Jessica, Dominic, and Medora. He is preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, and four sisters.

Funeral services are 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 18, 2014 at First United Methodist Church, Enderlin, ND
